A desire to downsize was the inspiration for a relocation to this downtown condo. Clean, simple lines and a monochromatic palette echo the sensibility of the homeowner’s previous dwelling.
“We have had three major renovation projects done by Welch Forsman. Two were significant updates to a mid-century house and the other a complete redo of a condominium in an older building. The condominium renovation involved an entire new kitchen with the sink, cabinets, drawers and counters all designed and built by Welch Forsman.
