A complete restoration of a home originally built in the twenties, the focus of this project included energy saving enhancements and sustainable building practices. Renovated beyond its original beauty, the home now exhibits 21st century technology including a geothermal heat source and a high efficiency building environment. Walnut floors and period millwork grace the first floor of the home, and the second floor living space features contemporary styling. A pool and tennis court round out the exterior complements.
